摘要
冲洗喷嘴是除雾器冲洗系统中最重要的执行部件,但目前所用冲洗喷嘴均存在边缘处冲洗水量较低的问题。经过大量试验,系统地研究了冲洗喷嘴的冲洗流量、扩散角、冲洗水量和均匀度的变化规律。研究结果表明,当喷嘴芯旋度为30°、排放口倒角半径在3.5 mm左右时,可以达到扩散角不小于90°、边缘处冲洗水量不小于20 mm的优化要求。
Flushing nozzles are the most important executive components in flushing system of a demister and the least flushing height is low.The variation principles of flushing flux,diffusing angle,flushing height and uniformity of spray were studied systematically through numerous experiments.It is displayed that the ideal flushing characteristics with diffusing angle varying above 90° and the least flushing height varying above 20 mm when the angle is 30° and the chamfer radius is about 3.5 mm.
