职业价值观教育的目的是使学生对职业能做出正确的价值评价，进而帮助学生进行未来社会角色定位。高校职业价值观教育是一个系统工程，是由三个基本问题构成的整体，即：地位或意义的研究、内容的研究、途径与方法的研究。其中地位研究是职业价值观教育的基础，内容的明确是职业价值观教育的核心，途径和方法研究是职业价值观教育的关键。对高校职业价值观教育这三个基本问题的全面探讨和规律性的把握有助于增强高校职业价值观教育实践的针对性和实效性。

The professional values education＇s goal is enables the student to make the correct value appraisal to the occupation, will then help the student to carry on the future the social role localization. The university professional values education is a systems engineering, is whole which constitutes by three basic questions, namely： Status or significance research, content research, way and method research. And the status research is the professional values education foundation, con- tent being clear about is the professional values education core, the way and the method study is the professional values education key. This article will educate these three basic questions to the university professional values the comprehensive discussion and the regular assurance pointed and the effectiveness will play the positive role regarding the enhancement university professional values education practice.
