摘要
培训效果评估是培训系统中必不可少的一个环节,是对整个培训项目的总结。它可以让管理人员看到培训对其自身发展的影响。通过对电力员工培训效果评估的分析,提出了改进员工培训效果评估的思路与对策,有助于提高员工培训工作的质量。
Training effectiveness evaluation, as an indispensable link of a training system, makes a summary of the whole training project. It enables management staff to see the effect of training on their own development. Through analysis of training effectiveness evaluation on the employee in power industry, this paper presents an ideology and tactics for improving such evaluation, helpful for increasing training quality.
