磁化传递增强时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像对脑肿瘤诊断的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的 评价磁化传递增强时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(MRA) 对脑肿瘤诊断的价值。方法 36 例脑肿瘤患者,男22 例,女14 例,全部行该技术检查。所有图像后处理均采用最大信号强度投影(MIP) 技术。结果 32 例患者叠加图像可清楚地显示“肿瘤染色”与邻近血管或病理血管的不同视角三维空间关系。结论 磁化传递增强时间飞跃法MRA是一种快速、无创、直观的图像叠加技术,它可作为制定治疗方案的补充手段。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetization trafer contrast time of flight magnetic resonance angiography (MTC TOF MRA) in the diagnosis of brain tumor Methods 36 patients of brain tumor (male 22, female 14 ) had MTC TOF MRA examination The images were trageted with maximum intensity projection (MIP) Results 32 patients combined images can clearly demonstrating the three dimensional relationship of the “tumor stain” and close vessel and pathologic vessel Conclusion MTC TOF MRA is a rapid, noninvasive, direct combined images technique It is helpful not only in establishing the diagnosis but also in planning therapy
