摘要 回油型面会影响活门动、稳态特性,体现活门回油能力,决定活门流量、压力增益及流量-压力系数等特性。提出了等面积法分析回油型面理论,研究了三角形、矩形、圆形、锥形4种回油型面特性,探讨了型面与流量、压力增益及流量-压力系数的关系,揭示了型面特性的变化规律。 The fuel scavenger contour can affected the dynamic and steady-state characteristics,reflected the valve scavenger ability,decided the characteristics of the valve flow,pressure gain and flow-pressure coefficient.The fuel scavenger theory of equal-area analytics was proposed.The triangle,rectangle,circle shape fuel scavenger characteristics were studied.The relations among the contour and flow,pressure gains,flow and pressure coefficients were discussed.The variation law of the contour characteristics was revealed.
