With the development of modern communication technology,terrorists push their extremist activities secretly around the world by networked organizational form.This article aims at development characteristics of international terrorism,observes and analyzes the structure changes of terrorist organizations in the network perspective,describes networked characteristics of international terrorism,assesses threats and challenges posed by networked international terrorism,and then explores new ideas and hit strategies of anti-terrorist.
