Problems in Penality Provision of Disturbing Order Behavior in Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security

本文通过比较《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》(以下简称《治安管理处罚法》)和我国台湾地区的《社会秩序维护法》对于扰乱公共场所秩序行为的不同的处罚规定,总结归纳出了《治安管理处罚法》存在的不足以及《社会秩序维护法》值得我们借鉴的地方。

The article summarizes the deficiencies of Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Penalties for Administration of Public Security and the advantages of Social Order Maintenance Act of Taiwan Region through comparing the different penalty provisions of disturbing public places order behaviors.
