摘要
依托"基于互联网的船舶轮机远程技术支持系统"研究项目,对全面收集到的220多个各类船舶柴油机故障实例,分别从故障原因、故障系统、故障部件及机型等方面进行了统计分析,以期为船舶设计、船舶修造、船舶轮机管理和船员教育培训等提供参考依据。
Based on the research program of ‘Remote technological supporting system for COSCO marine engineering’,more than 220 real fault cases are collected and studied.This paper gives the statistical analyses on these fault cases according to different causes,occurred systems,components and diesel engine types.Some suggestions are given.The paper will be helpful for ship design and building,marine diesel engine routine maintenance and management as well as the engineer education and training.
