政治工作是实现党对军队的绝对领导,巩固和提高部队战斗力的根本保证,是我军的生命线。国防生作为军队干部的重要来源,政治工作能力的培养必不可少。各依托高校要站在培养适应军队跨越式发展和军事斗争准备需要的高素质新型军事人才的高度,坚持把政治工作能力培养摆在重要位置,夯实形成基础,健全能力要素,完善培养途径,不断加强国防生政治工作能力。

Political work is the fundamental guarantee of achieving the Party＇s absolute leadership over the army,and improving combat effectiveness.As the most important sources of military cadres,national defense students must be trained in the political work ability.Institution of higher learning should attach importance to cultivate national defense students＇ ability of political work,and enhance their political work ability through strengthening formation foundation,perfecting element and improving the cultivating approach.
