企业集团子公司主导行为及其网络嵌入研究:以海信集团为例 被引量:24

摘要 本文以企业集团网络环境下的子公司主导行为为研究对象,分析了子公司主导行为与网络嵌入的关系,为企业集团网络环境中子公司主导行为的发生机制及其内在规律奠定了理论基础。本文提出企业集团的正式组织结构嵌入在作为非正式组织的关系网络之中的观点。网络环境下子公司的主导行为可以分为内部主导行为和外部主导行为,而服从理性原则的子公司不会无限制增加对企业集团网络的嵌入程度;网络嵌入为实施内部主导行为创造条件;实施外部主导行为的子公司基于理性原则要降低网络嵌入。最后,通过分析海信集团的实际运作对命题进行初步例证。 Based on the enterprise group's internal network,a subsidiary is an important network node,this paper researches on subsidiary initiatives and embeddedness of the enterprise group's internal network,and analyses the connotations,types and determinants of the subsidiary initiatives.Afterwards,this paper premises models of subsidiary initiatives and embeddedness.At last,the thesis take Hisense Group as a case to verify primarily the propositions.Traditional academic models that viewed subsidiaries as either market access provider or as recipients of the parent company's technology transfers gave way in the 1980s.In fact,as time goes by,in order to promote the adaptability to the developing environment,the group headquarters has to put ability and resources to strengthen the subsidiary's power and make the subsidiary role turning,so,subsidiaries are no longer only order carriers,but innovate spirit performers,subsidiaries come into the the information resources communicate in the interactive network.The inside request of the change and the self-growth of role make subsidiaries have very strong independence start a business motive,they gain performance to achieve advantage,which obtain the trust of headquarters and the resources devotion and privilege of headquarters.The concept of subsidiary initiative appeared at the earliest stage in the research cultural heritage concerning multinational company.It mainly aims at the subsidiary in the multinational company in the cross-cultural background and kept off headquarters status the bottom launched of independence start a business what behavior put forward,these researches didn't mention the occurrence mechanism of subsidiary initiative in the business enterprise group network environment and it inside regulation.This paper firstly inquired into the content of business enterprise group network according to the angle of view of social capital,and then analyzed network environment configuration and the types of subsidiary initiative and the implementation conditions.These are two important respects.After that,the paper put forward a subsidiary predominant behavior of the network relation of related set question,finally ended with the Hisense Group study,which is helpful to make a better understand of the mechanisms.
