摘要
在文献资料研究的基础上,对运动性中枢疲劳的定义和表现、产生的机制、疲劳的诊断以及疲劳消除等做了较全面的阐述,旨在为科学训练和恢复提供理论依据,以便运动员更进一步提高运动成绩.
Based on the literature material this paper introduces central fatigue induced by exercise in its definition,performance,mechanism,the fatigue diagnosis as well as elimination of it for the purpose of provideing the theory basis for training and restoring science so that the athletes can improve the result.
