摘要 针对飞行器复合材料常用蒙皮和长桁结构,利用5428/T700体系采用胶接共固化工艺整体成型了"T"型长桁。通过长桁外形、厚度及内部质量的检测,分析了工艺过程中模具选型、预吸胶工艺、结构预成型和固化组装对零件质量的影响。结果表明,模具组合方案、单向材料填充量通过与长桁结构中R角的关联影响热压罐压力传递,升温至130℃和加压0.3MPa作为5428/T700预吸胶参数能保证预浸料排胶,采用中温固化硅橡胶作为边缘封挡材料能够减少分层缺陷,5428/T700体系可用于复杂复合材料结构成型。 T-stringer skins widely used in aircraft industry nowadays were fabricated by integral molding technol-ogy of co-bonding in autoclave using 5428/T700 system.Mold selection,pre-bleeding technology,structure pre-form and curing assembling were investigated by analyzing the shape,thickness and internal qualities of the string-er.The results indicate that the relation between R-corner of the stringer and mold assembling,unidirectional mate-rial for filling will affect the air pressure transference of the autoclave.The bleeding quantity of 5428/T700 in pre-bleeding process can be achieved with using 130 ℃0.3 MPa as the parameters.Using the silicone rubber cured at moderate temperature as sealing material of edge can reduce the quantity of lamination defect.The material system of 5428/T700 can be used to the molding of complex structure of composites.
