转型升级中的我国高新技术纤维材料产业——简析“高新技术纤维‘十二五’发展规划”

China's High-tech Fibers Material Industry in Transformation and Upgrading——Brief Analysis of the Development of High-tech Fibers Industry during the 12^(th) Five-year Plan Period

面对国内外的竞争形势,我国高新技术纤维材料产业正处于"稳质量"、"上水平"、"降成本"和"拓应用"转型升级的关键时期;在总结"十一五"行业发展成就和问题的基础上,结合正在编写的规划,对"十二五"期间高新技术纤维材料产业新的发展思路、目标任务、政策建议等提出了卓有见地的初步构想。

In facing of the competition situation,domestic and abroad,China＇s high-tech fibers material industry is in a critical transformation and upgrading stage laying emphasis on stable quality,higher level,cost reduction and application broadening.After summarizing the achievements and issues of the industry during the 11th Five-year Plan period and combining it with the draft of the new Plan,the article raises a tentative proposal on the development approach,target task and policy suggestions of China＇s high-tech fibers material industry during the 12th Five-year Plan period.
