摘要
分析了选煤厂入浮煤泥水浓度变化对浮选柱分选作业的影响,提出了采用串联浮选柱解决高浓度煤泥水浮选的思想,并构建了试验系统,通过试验验证了该方法的可行性,从而为工业实践奠定了科学基础。
This paper analyzed the effect of change concentration of feeding coal slurry on the separation result of flotation column in coal preparation plant,presents the plan of using tandem flotation columns to solve the high-density feeding coal slurry,and established the test system.The experiment evidenced the feasibility of that method,so that set the foundation for the technology for industrial operation.
