Application Study of Separation Ultra Low Ash Clean Coal with 2HMCC Big and Small Diameter Dense Medium Cyclone

文章分析研究了2HMCC-500/400与2HMCC-800/650两种规格的旋流器在太西超低灰煤洗选中的效果、动力消耗等问题,通过对比,得出大直径旋流器在超低灰煤洗选中也有良好的分选效果,其所取得的经济效益远大于略增的动力消耗。

this paper analyzed the issues of performance and power consumption in separation of ultra low ash clean coal with 2HMCC-500/400 and 2HMCC-800/650 dense medium cyclones,following comparing the two size cyclones,concluded that the cyclone with bigger diameter obtained the better result in separating ultra low ash clean coal,in spite of the letter higher power consumption,but the big one reached good economic result.
