Influence of Al Powder on Mechanical Sensitivity of RDX

摘要 为了研究加入不同含量、不同形状的Al粉后RDX机械感度的变化趋势,进行了撞击感度和摩擦感度试验。结果表明:RDX炸药中加入Al粉后,摩擦感度降低,并且Al粉含量越高,摩擦感度降低越多;而瞳击感度却随Al粉的加入呈非线性的变化,Al粉含量较少时,撞击感度增大,当Al粉含量增至10%时,撞击感度增至最大,随后,撞击感度随铝粉含量的增加呈明显降低趋势。不同形状的Al粉对RDX的摩擦感度影响不同,较之球形Al粉,片状Al粉表现出较低的摩擦感度及较高的撞击感度。该研究结果为实际工作中解决含铝炸药的安全性提供了有利依据。 In order to study the change trend of mechanical sensitivity of RDX, which is added with different content and different shape of Al powder, the impact sensitivity test and friction sensitivity test have been carried out. The results show that the friction sensitivity decreases with the rise of Al content ,while the impact sensitivity behaves non-linear change trend with the rise of Al content. The effect curve of Al content on impact sensitivity shows as a parabola.Compared with global Al powder , RDX added with sheet Al powder has lower friction sensitivity and higher impact sensitivity. In this paper, the mechanism and factors of Al affecting on RDX mechanical sensitivity are theoretically analyzed.The research provides useful advises for the security of aluminumized explosives.
