摘要
采用超声/零价铁对含RDX的废水进行了实验研究,研究了废水初始浓度、反应时间、初始pH值和Fe^0投加量等影响因素。实验结果表明,在超声波/零价铁体系中,RDX的降解存在超声波和零价铁协同效应。实验确定了最适宜的工艺条件为:废水初始浓度为10mg/L,pH为3.0,Fe^0投加量为500mg/L,反应时间为6h,在此工艺条件下,RDX降解率高达89.4%。
The paper presents the investigation and analysis of the degradation rate change of the RDX wastewater through ultrasound/zero-valent iron system. The effects of the initial RDX concentration, residence time, the initial pH value and the dosage of iron were investigated. The experiment results showed that in ultrasound/zero-valent iron system, RDX degradation efficiency is higher than that of any single additive because of synergistic effect. The experiments have also confnTned the suitable conditions of the degradation of the wastewater. Under the conditions of the initial RDX concentration of 10mg/L, residence time of 6h, the initial pH value of 3 and the dosage of iron of 500mg/L, the degradation rate of RDX can be expected to reach 89.4%.
