摘要
设计了一种点、环多模式起爆装置,对其多点环形起爆同步性进行了计算分析,提出了提高其多点环形起爆同步性的技术途径,并对多点起爆同步性、两种起爆模式的独立性及其在产品上的适应性进行了试验。试验结果表明,该多模式起爆装置的8点环形起爆同步性小于0.185μs,两种起爆模式独立性好,与EFP战斗部配合使用可以使战斗部实现不同的毁伤模式。
In this paper, single point and multipoint ring shaped multimode initiation device was designed. The synchronization of multipoint ring shaped detonation was calculated and analyzed. Technical approach that improves the synchronization of multipoint ring shaped detonation was given. Tests on the synchronization of multipoint detonation, the independence of two detonation modes and the application of this initiation device to products were carried out. Test results illustrated that the synchronization of 8-point ring shaped detonation of the multimode initiation device is less than 0.185μs. The independence of two detonation modes is good, so different destroying mode can be realized when it is matched with EFP warhead.
