起爆逻辑网络用挤注型传爆药研究 被引量:9

Study on the Squeezing Booster Used in the Initiation Logical Network

摘要 为了提高起爆逻辑网络传爆药的装药技术和综合性能,研究了用于传爆药的PBX类炸药配方和挤注装药工艺,通过试验获得的PBX配方为(质量百分数):主炸药HMX 83%,粘接剂HTPB 6.0%,增塑剂DOS 6.0%;PBX传爆试验结果表明:在模具沟槽尺寸深度均为1.0mm、宽度为0.8~1.0mm的情况下,爆轰波传播比较可靠;并测得传爆药装药密度和爆速均值分别为(1.18±0.08)g/cm^3、(7721±200)m/s。 Aimed at the improvement of charge technology and comprehensive properties of booster used in initiation logical network, the formulation of PBX and squeezing technique have been studied. An ideal PI]X formula was determined through tests, which is HMX 83%, HTPB 6.0%, DOS 6.0%.The detonation tests concluded that the detonation wave propagates reliably with the groove depth of 1.0ram and width in the range of 0.8-1.0ram, and the mean density of booster charge is (1.18 ± 0,08)g/cm3, the mean detonation velocity is (7 721 ± 200)m/s.
