某型号导引头用电作动器推力下降原因分析

Analysis of Thrust Decline of Electric Actuator Used in Seeker

为查找某导引头用电作动器推力下降的原因,对试样进行了解剖。通过对装机与未装机的电作动器进行推力试验,以及分析电作动器所处整机的装配环境,查明原因为导引头装配中使用的陀螺油污染了电作动器装药,从而导致电作动器推力下降,并提出了改进措施。

Aimed at the reason of thrust decline of electric actuator used in some seeker, the samples were dissected, and the thrust tests for electric actuators which were assembled and un-assembled in seeker have been carried out. By analyzing the assemble environment for electric actuator, the reason of thrust decline is obtained, which is the oil used in assembly polluting the electric actuator charge. So, the improvement measures have been put forward.
