Preparation,Characterization and Performances of High Purity Sub-micron RDX

摘要 为推广超细炸药的工业应用,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,蒸馏水为非溶剂,采用高压喷射细化技术、连续过滤洗涤和真空冷冻干燥技术制备了单批生产量为1.5kg量级、平均粒径为852.5nm的高纯度亚微米级黑索今(RDX),细化后的亚微米级RDX的纯度高达99.72%。对亚微米级RDX的丙酮不溶物含量、水分及挥发分、熔点、RDX含量、真空安定性等理化性能进行了测试,结果表明,细化后的亚微米级RDX比原料RDX的性能均有不同程度的提高。 In order to promote induslrial application of the ultrafine explosive, the high purity sub-micron hexogen(R.DX) which single production is 1.5kg with mean particle diameter of 852.5nm was prepared, by combination of technique of high pressure spraying refmement, continuous filtration & washery and vacuum freeze drying. The experiment was carried out with N,N-di-methylformanide(DMF) as solvent and distilled water as nonsolvent. The purity of sub-micron RDX is 99.72%.Such physical and chemical performances as the content of insolubilized by acetone, moisture and volatile, melting point, the content of RDX and vacuum stability were tested .The results show that the performances of sub-micron RDX is better than that of raw RDX to a certain extent.
