摘要
实验采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对膨润土改性制备有机膨润土,并用有机膨润土处理TNT废水。运用吸附动力学曲线和等温吸附线研究了有机膨润土对TNT的吸附性能并探讨了其吸附机理。结果表明:有机膨润土吸附TNT的吸附动力学曲线在60min左右基本达到平衡,线性拟合结果表明TNT的动力学行为遵循Lungmuir速率所描述的规律;Freundlich等温方程能很好地拟合有机膨润土在30℃下吸附TNT的等温吸附曲线,同时也表明有机膨润土容易吸附废水中的TNT;有机膨润土处理TNT废水的吸附机理主要是表面吸附和萃取(分配)作用。
In the experiment, bentonite was modified by hexadecyt aimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) as cationic surface active agent for the preparation of organo-bentonite, which was then used for the adsorption of TNT wastewater. The adsorption performance of organobentonite to TNT by adsorption kinetics curves and adsorption isotherms were studied, and the mechanism of its adsorption was explored. The adsorption kinetics curve of TNT adsorption by organobentonite indicated that a balance was reached when the time was for 60 min, the linear firing results show that the dynamical behavior of TNT was fitted for the Langmuir adsorption equation. At the same time, Freundlich isotherm equation can be well fitted isothermal adsorption curve of organic bentonite adsorption TNT at 30 ℃, and the organic bentonite can adsorb TNT wastewater easily. The adsorption mechanism of TNT wastewater treatment by organobentonite was also discussed, which is mainly surface adsorption and extraction (distribution) effects.
