乡镇街工会在区县、乡镇街、基层工会的"小三级"工会组织中,担负着承上启下的中枢作用,为维护职工队伍稳定和社会安定团结发挥了积极作用,在组织建设和履行工会职能作用方面取得了较大成绩,但同时也还存在一些亟需改进的问题,今后应从组织建设、队伍建设、经费保障、制度规范、工作机制等方面加以完善。

The trade unions of villages and towns play the role of joint and cooperation in the district,the streets of villages and towns,and the grass roots to safe guard the stability of the staff and harmony of the society.They achieve a great mark in organization construction and carry out the requests of the trade union.However,there are still some problems needed to be solved.In the future,we should perfect the construction of organization,the construction of team,the guarantee of funds,the standard of system,the working system,and so on.
