亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗颅脑外伤后脑水肿的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨亚低温联合依达拉奉对颅脑外伤后患者脑水肿的疗效及预后的影响。【方法】将62例中重度颅脑外伤患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例,对照组按照脑外伤常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予应用亚低温治疗并依达拉奉注射液静滴,记录患者治疗前后的颅脑CT中脑水肿的面积和治疗期间GCS、GOS评分和死亡率。【结果】两组患者伤后脑水肿逐渐加重至第7d达高峰期,之前比较两组差异无统计学意义,从第14d开始两组脑水肿程度明显减轻,治疗组优于对照组组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后GCS评分、GOS评分和死亡率比较,差异有显著性。【结论】应用亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗中重度颅脑外伤患者可以提高疗效,改善预后并降低患者的死亡率和伤残率。
