太湖流域农村生活污水处理技术与思考

Reflections on Treatment of Domestic Sewage in Rural Areas in Taihu Lake Basin

全国各地社会主义新农村建设正蓬勃开展,新农村建设中生活污水处理虽取得了一定成效,但仍然存在着运行成本较高、管理维护复杂等问题。本文结合太湖流域农村生活污水治理实践经验,通过对污水处理技术的科学分析,列举多种适合太湖流域农村生活污水集中式与分散式处理的技术方法,对社会主义新农村建设中生活污水处理提出了强化农民意识、加强技术指导、合理分配资金等切实有效的建议。

Across the nation,construction of new socialist countryside is booming.Some successes have been achieved in the establishment of domestic sewage treatment in rural areas,while there are still some problems such as high costs in operation,complex management and maintenance.This research,based on a survey of practical experiences of domestic sewage treatment in Taihu Lake Basin,through scientific analysis of the sewage treatment technology,presents a variety of technological methods suitable for centralized and decentralized wastewater treatment in rural areas of the Taihu Lake Basin and puts forward effective proposals to raise farmers＇ awareness,strengthen technical guidance and make reasonable allocation of funds for a new socialist construction of countryside sewage treatment in China.
