论“大学生村官”计划研究现状

On Present Study Situation of “College-graduate as Village Official” Plan

“大学生村官”作为新生事物，许多学者从调研或实证的角度对其进行了研究。为了方便读者了解目前“大学生村官”计划研究的一些基本情况，文章着重就近几年来学者对“大学生村官”的计划意义、作用、现状和存在问题、角色功能定位、制度建设等方面的研究情况进行阐述，提出了对“大学生村官”计划实施进行公共政策评估等研究的建议。

Sinc the appearance of the ＂college-graduate as village official＂, many scholars have made researches on it from many aspects. To make readers understand the basic situations of the ＂college-graduate as village official＂ plan, this article introduces the significance,the function, the present situation, the existing problems, the role and the system construcion of the ＂college-graduate village official＂ plan. Furthermore, it proposes some suggestions to implement community policy of the ＂college-graduate as village official＂ plan.
