浅论“群众海事”

On Maritime Activity with Participation of People

对“群众海事”的内涵、特点及意义进行了阐述，结合“群众海事”在舟山的实践情况，提出了开展“群众海事”的途径和方法。

This paper introduces the connotation, characteristics and meaning of maritime activity with the participation of people, and then introduces the development of maritime activity with the participation of people in Zhoushan, and finally proposes some approaches for the implementation.
