摘要 成形剂热分解特性的研究是成形剂的选择与高效脱除工艺制订的基础。采用热重法(TG)、微商热重法(DTG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)等热分析手段对石蜡、PEG与SBP等3大类别、7种型号的硬质合金常用成形剂的热分解过程进行研究。结果表明,不同类型的成形剂,其集中脱除温度和有效脱除温度范围等都有明显的差异。即便是同一类成形剂,其成分的微小差异也会导致其脱除行为的差异。在上述研究基础上对各种成形剂脱除工艺提出建议。 Investigation of the thermal dissociation characteristics of the commonly used binders for compression molding of cemented carbides is the foundation for the selection of the binder and the drawing up of the debinding process scheme.Thermogravimetry,derivative thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry were used in the analysis of the thermal dissociation characteristics of seven different binders,including two kinds of paraffin wax,four kinds of PEG and SBP.It is shown that the temperature corresponding to the maximum mass loss rate and the temperature range of the effective debinding vary with the kind of the binder,even if small difference in the composition of the same group binders can result in the difference in their debinding behaviors.Based on the analysis,suggestions for the debinding process scheme are proposed for the seven different binders.
