摘要 根据斐林滴定反应的原理,研制出一种还原糖自动测定仪,用自动控制方法,稳定影响生化反应的各种条件,最大限度地消除了人为因素的影响。该仪器测定速度快,测定周期3m in 左右,结果准确,精确度在2% 以内,CV< 2% ,操作简单方便,测定成本低,不受样品色度、浊度的影响,可以取代传统的斐林氏手工测定法,对多种类型样品进行还原糖快速而准确的测定。 An analyzer based on the principle of Fehling titration was developed for the determination of reducing sugar.The application of automatic control method of this analysis system makes it possible to stabilize the reaction conditions so that the artificially imposed factors affecting the results could be minimized to the least extent.A sample could be detected rapidly and conveniently by using it,with the analysis period no longer than 4 minutes and the accuracy within 2%,the coefficient of variation within 2%.The costs are much lower than manual Fehling titration method,and the analysis process is not affected by the colority and turbidity of the samples.It can take the place of traditional Fehling titration.The determination of reducing sugar for many kinds of samples is made rapidly and accurately.
