摘要
通过工业性运转试验发现,高铬铸钢衬板失效的形式为磨损、裂纹、断裂或破碎,主要为磨损.高铬铸钢衬板失效机制为犁沟磨损与脆性剥落.防止高铬铸钢衬板失效应选择合适的基体组织,提高冲击韧性,以减少凹坑与裂纹的形成.
The failure of high chromium cast steel lining board is mainly due to furrows wear and micro-breakage through industrial operation tests.So the paper argues for preventive measures of appropriate matrix and toughening against pits and cracks.
