螺柱焊接技术因其焊接的优越性，在国外广泛用于船舶、汽车等行业。随着我国的制造业兴起，螺柱焊接技术得到了大力推广和使用，并在第三代核电技术AP1000工程的CA类结构模块中也得到广泛的应用。本文结合螺柱焊接理论和实际操作经验，探讨螺柱焊接的相关原理及AP1000工程中螺柱焊接遇到的技术问题。

Because the technology of stud welding is of superiority, it is extensively used in trades such as vessel, car production, etc. on abroad. As the manufacturing industry of our country rises, the technology of stud welding has popularized and used in a more cost-effective manner, and widely used in CA structural modules in the third generation of nuclear power technology AP1000. This paper combines the theory and practical operation experience of stud welding, discusses the principles of stud welding technology and the problems met in AP1000 project.
