摘要
核电站在实际运行过程中,是由操作班组协调操作的。要减少核电站运行中的人员失误,需要对班组的可靠性进行相关研究,考虑在班组环境中影响操纵员绩效的影响因子(PIFs)。同时,班组会因其组织、管理、安全文化等差异而具有其特殊性。本文将结合国内核电站班组的特点,探究引发班组失误的相关绩效影响因子。对其重要度进行分析.为预防和减少核电站班组失误提供相关参考意见。
It's known that most of operating work in Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) is performed by Crews. So, we should research on the Crew Reliability for the sake of reducing human errors in NPP. What we need to consider is the Performance Influence Factors (PIFs) which influence the performance of the operators in the Crew context. Meanwhile, crew characteristics are different from each other due to different organization, management, safety cultures and so on. In this paper, PIFs were studied. PIFs may cause the Crew Errors based on domestic NPP characteristics, and some PIFs importance were analyzed so as to provide advice on preventing and reducing the human errors in NPP.
