低位直肠癌保肛手术256例体会

Experience of sphincter preservation procedure for the treatment of lower rectal carcinoma：A report of 256 cases

目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的效果。方法回顾性分析2004年11月至2009年8月256例直肠癌应用全直肠系膜切除联合吻合器行低位直肠前切除的临床资料。结果本组无死亡病例，无生殖功能障碍；发生吻合口瘘2例，出现排尿功能障碍6例。结论应用吻合器并行全直肠系膜切除可保持盆腔脏器功能，是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法。

Objective To study the sphincter preservation procedure in the treatment for lower rectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 256 patients with lower rectal cancer who underwent low anterior resection with total mesorectal excision（TME）and stapling technique from Nov. 2004 to Aug. 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results No operative death was noted. No sexual dysfunction occurred. Anastomotic leakage was developed in 2 patients and urinary dysfunction in 6 patients. Conclu- sion Total mesorectal excision （TME） and stapling technique can maintain pelvic organ function and it is an effective method to treat lower rectal cancer.
