摘要
为了探明油桃在日光温室栽培条件下的生理反应,为其优质高效生产提供理论依据,对4年生油桃"华光"品种幼果期叶片的净光合速率及其与生态因子的相关性进行了试验研究。结果表明:日光温室条件下"华光"油桃幼果期叶片的净光合速率(Pn),晴天日均为CO26.97μmol.m-2s-1,阴天日均为CO25.1μmol.m-2s-1;Pn的日变化规律,晴天表现为三峰曲线,而在阴天则表现为双峰曲线;在一定的栽培环境下,净光合速率(Pn)随着二氧化碳的浓度、光强、温度的增加而升高。
In order to discover physiological reaction of nectarine planted in greenhouse and to give theory basis for good quality and high-efficient production,the correlation of the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and ecological factors of 4-year-old Huaguang nectarine was researched.The results showed that average Pn in sunny days in greenhouse was 6.97 μmol·m-2s-1,it in overcast days was 5.1 μmol·m-2s-1.The diurnal change curve of Pn was three peaks in sunny day,but it was double peaks in overcast day.Pn of Huaguang nectarine was closely correlated to the CO2 concentration,effective radiation of photosynthesis and air temperature under a certain planting condition.
