摘要
为给乌桕的良种选育提供理论依据,采用多元统计分析和相关性分析方法,对大别山中部地区4个产地的34棵乌桕优良无性系的数量性状进行了遗传变异性分析及相关性分析。结果表明:乌桕数量性状在单株间存在着极显著差异;在测定的10个数量性状中,果序长度的变异程度最大,达到了57.70%,整齐度最低;叶形指数的变异最小,变异系数为4.65%,整齐度最高;与单株产量和单位冠幅产量相关性最大的性状因子为果枝比和果序长,其次为千粒质量、果序种子数、果序结果数、叶形指数;各个数量性状因子与含油率的相关性均不显著。
In order to provide theoretical basis for selecting and breeding in Sapium sebiferum,genetic variation analysis and correlation analysis of some quantitative traits were carried out taking 34 superior trees in S.sebiferum from 4 producing areas as materials,by using multivariate statistical analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that quantitative traits had extremely significant differences among different plants.Variation degree of infructescence length was the greatest,and uniformity of 57.70% of the index was the lowest among the 10 quantitative traits.Variation degree of 4.65% of leaf shape index was the lowest,and uniformity of the index was the highest.Correlation of infructescence length and proportion of fruit-branch was the biggest with yield per plant and average yield per crown-width,and followed by 1 000 seed mass,seed number per infructescence,fruit number per infructescence,leaf shape index.Correlation of the various quantitative traits was not significant with oil rate.
