不同套袋材料对甜柿品种“前川次郎”果实性状的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为给柿果套袋的应用提供理论依据,通过3年试验,研究了多种套袋材料对甜柿优良品种"前川次郎"果实品质、果形及单果质量的影响。结果表明套袋可增加柿果表面光洁度,提高柿果含水量,降低柿果硬度,从而改善柿果外观品质和鲜食风味;纸质袋可促使柿果提前着色,双层内红和内黑处理可提早柿果的脱涩期,对于柿果提前采收十分有利;套袋对单果质量和果形影响较小,纸质套袋各处理与对照柿果含糖量也无明显差异;套袋造成柿果的可溶性固形物和维生素C含量下降,采后硬果期也变短,有一定的负面效应。在所试验的套袋材料中,双层内红处理对果皮增色效果最为显著。 In order to provide theoretical base for persimmon bagging application,the effects of different types of bag on quality,shape and mass of fruit of non-astringent persimmon cultivar "Maekawa jiro" were studied based on the experiment lasting three years.The results showed that the surface finish and water content of fruit was increased,fruit firmness was decreased,so fruit appearance quality and flavor was improved.Paper bags could accelerate the peel pigmentation and the stage of de-astringent of double-bagged fruits was earlier,except the bags with grannophyric interior layer,which was beneficial to harvest in advance.Bagging had little effect on single fruit mass and fruit shape.Sugar contents in fruits treated by different types of paper bag hadn't significant difference.Soluble solids and vitamin C contents in bagging fruits were decreased.Storage property of bagging fruits was bad.The result indicated that the effect of double-layer bag with red interior layer on increasing pericarp color was remarkable.
