止咳平喘类中成药非法添加3种激素的快速检测方法研究

Rapid identification method of three hormones in antitussive and antiasthmatic chinese patent medicine

目的研究止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加醋酸地塞米松、醋酸泼尼松、倍他米松3种化学药物的快速检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行阳性对照。结果在建立的方法下,3种激素可同时被检出。结论本方法准确、简便、快速、专属性强,可用于检测止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加的上述3种激素。

Objective To establish a rapid method for the identification of three hormones-Dexamethasone Acetate,Prednisone Acetate,Betamethasone in antitussive and antiasthmatic chinese patent medicine.Methods Experimenting by HPLC,with comparing to positive control.Results Under the condition we set up,the three hormones can be detected at the same time.Conclusion The method is exact,simple,rapid and sepecific,and it can be applied to detect the above illegally added three hormones in antitussive and antiasthmatic Chinese patent medicine.
