64排螺旋CT对肺部孤立性结节灌注成像技术优化的研究

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT"摇篮灌注"成像技术参数,在孤立性肺结节的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法应用Philips Brilliance 64层螺旋CT最新"摇篮灌注"成像技术(以4cm宽的探测器,覆盖8cm范围),通过CT灌注成像检查中技术参数的调整,探讨对比剂注射速率、扫描的持续时间、扫描时间间隔等在64层螺旋CT评价孤立肺结节整体灌注的影响。结论进一步优化64层螺旋CT"摇篮灌注"成像技术参数,该技术在孤立性肺结节的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值及可行性。
