摘要
西方有限政府理论具有绵延久远的渊源。近代资产阶级在追问国家公共权力合法性的同时,反复论证限制政府权力的必要性,并在理论上和制度安排上做出了精心的设计。为推进我国政治文明建设,必须坚定地树立有限政府的政治理念,再也不能动摇。
The limited government theory originated long ago in the West.While the recent bourgeois questioned the legitimacy of public authority,they also repeatedly demonstrated the necessity of limited government power,and made a brilliant design from the theory and institutional arrangements.To promote the political civilization in China,we must firmly establish the political philosophy of limited government.
