基层中医院卒中单元改善急性脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力的临床观察

目的:评价基层中医院卒中单元对于急性脑梗死患者的日常生活活动能力改善程度。方法:将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为卒中单元组和普通病房组。普通病房组应用常规治疗,卒中单元组应用卒中单元模式治疗。结果:卒中单元组对于患者日常生活活动能力的改善优于普通病房组。结论:卒中单元有助于改善急性脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力。

Objective To evaluate how well can the stroke unit（SU）in junior hospital of traditional Chinese medicine improve acute cerebral infarction patients＇ activities of daily living.Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to a SU group and a eommom ward group.The common ward group was treated with regular treatment,and the SU group was treated with SU pattern. Results The SU group did better than the common ward group on improving patients＇ activities of daily living.Conclusion Stroke unit does help to improve acute cerebral infarction patients＇ activities of daily living.
