摘要
目的:分析急诊护生压力来源,探讨缓解实习压力的方法,从而改善急诊临床教学质量。方法:将Roy适应模式用于管理急诊护生的压力,把护生看成一个有适应能力的系统,从主要刺激、相关刺激、固有刺激三方面全面识别急诊环境下引起护生压力的压力源。带教老师从控制压力源、提高护生适应能力两方面来管理急诊护生工作压力,从而促进护生对实习过程中各种应激源的适应性反应,消除不适应性反应。结果:实施后急诊护生出科操作考核成绩明显优于实施前,护生对教学满意度大大提高。结论:利用Roy适应理论识别和管理急诊护生压力,可以缓解急诊护生实习压力,提高急诊护生实际操作能力,从而提高急诊临床教学质量。
Objective:To analyse the emergency mrsing source of stress, relieve pressure, thus the internship approach to teaching quality of clinical scattered emergency.Methods:To be used for emergency management mode Roy rursing pressure, the nurses as a system of adaptability, from main stimulation, relative stimulate and inherent in three aspect emergency environment protection pressure caused by the pressure source. The teacher from the pressure source, improve the ability to adapt to nurse to manage emergency mrsing work pressure, so as to pro- mote the process of practice protection of stress adaptie response, eliminate the source of inadaptability.Resuhs:After the implementation of e- mergency operation evaluation results mrsing also significantly better than before the implementation of teaching satisfaction, was greatly en- hanced.Conclusion:Use to identify and manage theory Roy emergency mrsing pressure, can alleviate the pressure, emergency protection practice to improve emergency mrsing actual operation ability, thereby improving emergency clinical teaching quality.
