摘要
【目的】明确在不同生态条件下大豆开花期基因对其开花期影响。【方法】对由大豆品种FT-Abyara和C01杂交而来的99个F7世代的重组近交系在中国新疆和日本筑波不同栽培条件下大豆开花期的QTL进行分析。【结果】中国新疆的春播栽培条件下,只在第6号染色体上检测到在了一个主效QTL(E1基因)。然而在日本筑波的夏播栽培条件下,除了在6号染色体上检测到了一个主效QTL外,在10号染色体上还检测到一个QTL(E2基因)。【结论】在不同生态条件下,控制大豆开花期的基因作用不同。在新疆地区春播大豆的开花期主要由位于第6号染色体上E1开花期基因控制。春播大豆的品种选育上,要注重E1开花期基因的作用。
【Objective】To understand effects of different flowering time genes on soybean flowering time under different environmental conditions.【Method】In this study,QTL analyses for flowering time were carried out in Xinjiang,China and Tsukuba,Japan.A recombinant inbreed line(RIL) population(n-99) derived from a cross between soybean cultivars FT-Abyara and C01 was used.【Result】In the Xinjiang experiment,only one major QTL(E1 gene) was identified on chromosome 6.However,in the Tsukuba experiment,a major QTL(E1 gene) located on chromosome 6 and a minor QTL(E2) located on chromosome 10 were detected.【Conclusion】The flowering time of the Spring-type soybean in Xinjiang area was mainly controlled by the E1 gene.
