摘要
简述了川煤集团攀煤公司精煤分公司二车间的生产现状,论述了矸石再洗的必要性和可行性,并对目前几种排矸工艺进行了比较,最终确定了跳汰机的排矸工艺。通过调整跳汰机筛板角度、排料轮结构以及控制系统变频器控制模式等措施,使跳汰机完全适应了生产要求,从矸石中回收了可用的劣质煤,取得了显著的经济效益。
The paper the current operation condition of No.2 washing workshop of clean coal company of Sichuan Coal Company,described the necessity and feasibility of refuse re-cleaning,compared the a numbers of refuse re-cleaning technology current used,finally decided the refuse re-cleaning with jigging machine.Based on the adjusting the angle of bed of jigging machine,discharge wheel and transverse model of control system,the jigging machine is meeting the requirement of operation,the low quality coal was recovered from refuse and obtained notable economic result.
