摘要 为研究液氮降温防灭火的效果,在封闭硐室空间内对于高温及燃烧的煤体进行注液氮降温防灭火试验,随着注氮时间和累计注氮量的变化,得出各测点不同时刻的温度变化,并对空间内各测点不同时刻的温度进行分析,发现煤体温度的下降速率及下降幅度与注氮时间以及累计注氮量的多少有关,并且有着一定的规律。试验表明:对封闭硐室空间高温煤体和燃烧煤体进行注液氮,能达到快速有效的降温效果。 In order to understand the effectiveness of coal fire prevention and extinguishment in a coal mine,this study conducted a nitrogen injection experiment with the high-temperature coal and high-temperature burning coal in a closed chamber space respectively.With the variation of nitrogen injection duration and accumulated amount of injected nitrogen,the temperature at each survey point and different times were measured and analyzed.The analyzed results show that the speed and amplitude of coal temperature decrease are correlated with nitrogen injection duration and accumulated amount of nitrogen injection.The experimental results demonstrate that nitrogen injection to high-temperature coal and burning coal in a closed chamber space will lower the temperature fast and effectively.
