摘要
为了研究材料在不同冲击载荷作用下的动态力学性能,需测量冲击载荷与时间的变化规律。根据介质中弹性应力波传播理论和胡克定律,采用了冲击载荷间接测量方法、研制了相应的测试系统。利用钢球作为加载体对该测试系统进行验证,并得到了相应的测试结果。通过理论计算和测试结果的对比分析得出,所提出的冲击载荷间接测量方法正确、研制的测量系统可靠,可为后期的测试装置研制提供有效依据。
To study the dynamic mechanical properties of the materials under different impact load,the variation between the impact load and time need to be measured.A testing system is developed based on an indirect measurement method for impact load,the theory of the transmission of elastic stress wave in the medium and Hooke's law.The testing system is tested using a steel ball as a loading body.In a comparative analysis of the theoretical calculation and the testing results,it concludes that the indirect measurement method of impact load is proved to be correct and the testing system is reliable.This provides a useful reference for the manufacture of the testing apparatus in the future study.
