Technical Analysis of Super-Large Blast Furnace with 5 000 m^3 Level II. Raw Material and Fuel Condition, Technical and Economic Indexes, Operation System, Energy Saving and Clean Production

阐述和分析了5000m^3级超大型高炉的原燃料条件、技术经济指标、节能技术及清洁生产等，提出了国内超大型高炉在炉料结构、焦炭质量、渣铁制度、送风制度和布料制度等方面的建议，指出了国内超大型高炉在节能技术及清洁生产方面的借鉴性措施及研究方向。

The raw material and fuel condition, technical and economic indexes, energy saving anu clean production of super-large blast furnace with 5 000 m^3 level are analyzed in this paper. And suggestions for burden structure, quality of coke, slag and hot metal system, blowing system and charging system of super-large blast furnace are brought forward. Measures for reference and research fields for energy saving and clean production of domestic super-large blast furnace is also indicated in this paper.
