摘要
利用热力学计算和Schiel凝固方程对低硫微合金钢凝固过程中MnS的析出进行计算模拟,并通过对X65管线钢连铸坯上的金相组织进行观察证实了MnS的析出规律。计算考虑到凝固过程中各种元素偏析对液相线温度的影响,得出MnS析出温度要比纯热力学计算的温度偏高。
MnS Precipitation of Low Sulfur Micro-alloy Steel was calculated by thermodynamics and Scheil equation, and MnS precipitation behavior was proved by metallography in X65 slab. The effect of various elements for their precipitation in the process of solidification on liqidus temperature was considered in calculation. It is concluded that temperature precipitation temperature is higher than the calculated one by thermodynamics.
