摘要
分别通过Niblink试验和NDT试验研究了首钢研制开发的SQ550低合金高强度钢焊接接头的抗开裂性能及基体金属的止裂性能。结果表明，SQ550低合金高强度钢的无塑性转变温度为-15℃，使用GHS-70焊丝焊接SQ550低合金高强度钢所得无缺陷焊接接头在-15℃使用是安全的。
The crack resistance property and the crack arrest property of the welded joint for the SQ550 low alloy high-strength steel through the test of weld metal brittle failure and the conducting drop weight test to determine nilductility transition temperature is studied separately. The results show that the nilductility transition temperature of the SQ550 low alloy high-strength steel is -15℃. It is safe by using the flawless welded joint for the SQ550 low alloy high-strength steel at -15℃.
