November 20-30 Transactions in rare earth market remained sluggish holistically, especially in the sectors of NdFeB and phosphors. Consumers waited to see further market trend. Prices of didymium oxide and the metal continued to decline. Dealings of terbium oxide and europium oxide kept stagnant. However, pushed by consumption of Japanese consumers, prices of dysprosium oxide and DyFe started to rebound.
December 20- 31,2010 Price of rare earth concentrate exhibited up trend recently, however rare earth market was inactive holistically affected by sluggish transactions in downstream market such as NdFeB and phosphors.Rare earth export market was silent recently since the quota for 2010 had almost been used up.
