西藏某难选铜钼矿分离技术研究 被引量:3

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MINERAL PROCESSING OF COPPER AND MOLYBDENUM ORES SEPARATION FROM XIZANG PROVINCE

摘要 本实验原矿取自西藏自治区某地矿山,原矿铜品位0.76%,钼品位0.018%。实验重点研究了铜钼矿的分离浮选工艺以及在浮选过程中各种药剂的用量,最终得到的铜精矿品位23.11%,回收率90.01%;钼精矿品位45.09%,回收率80.16%,取得了较好的实验结果。 The ore of our experiment is from Xizang province,which the grade of Cu is 0.76%,the grade of Mo is only 0.018%.In the experiments,the key study is the separation technology and the dosages of reagent used.This paper gets the following figures from the experiment: Cu grade in ore concentrate is 23.11%,recovery rate reaches 90.01%,and Mo grade in ore concentrate is 45.09%,recovery rate reaches 80.16%,the technologic conditions of flotation has been performed in the tests.
